Add employee
Easiest way to set up a badge: add the employee here with no badge ID, tap the new badge at the box (it flashes red as unknown), then press Assign next to it under Flags. Department is free text — the real roster gets set at install.

Mobile passes Admin only
Send a QR code to someone's phone by text or email. They hold it up to the scanner on the box. Good for a day guest, a forgotten badge, or a one-time wash.

Access keys Admin only
Dealer keys see washes, reports and chemical levels for this site only. Install crew keys see box status and can log chemical levels — nothing else. Neither can touch badges. A key is shown once; if it's lost, revoke it and make a new one.
